Refund Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Goods: In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or incorrectly dispatched, please e-mail us at glomaxgroup.au@gmail.com with your order details and a photograph of the damaged goods within seven days of delivery receipt. Our team will happily assist you with organising a replacement or refund.

Please retain the damaged product for potential inspection until advised otherwise.

Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide store credit for change of mind purchases. You can cancel or modify your order before dispatch by getting in contact with us via e-mail at glomaxgroup.au@gmail.com during business hours. We are not able to amend orders once they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
